So as I mentioned on Facebook a few days ago...
I have outgrown my coupons have outgrown my beloved, green, trusty coupon keeper :( I LOVE this binder. It has just the right amount of pockets, zipper pouches, and even a spot for your ink pens and scissors! For weeks now I have had to sit on the binder to get it to zip. I was terrified that the stitching around the zipper would rip open and it would never be able to be used again. I was over at my friend Alyssa's house last week and I spotted her binder! It was BIG (3 inch ring to be exact), purple, and it ZIPPED! I was in awe and asked her where she found such a great coupon book. She shared that her boyfriend Justin had found it at Office Depot for her. Well after I saw her binder I knew that this was going to have to be my next move. I highly enjoy my green binder, but with only a 1 inch ring...this was just not enough room for the 6 packs of baseball card holders I have to fit in there (not to mention all the coupons). I even made a special trip to the Lexington Office Depot to keep my options open. With my Office Depot coupon in hand I purchased my new binder and was excited about the amount of coupons this new binder could hold. It didn't take long before this binder quickly filled up...but thankfully it will still zip! So without further ado...here is my *new* coupon keeper....
Impressive right!? The pocket on the right hand side is now full of Classy Coupon Clipper business cards thanks to my wonderful husband who thought 2,000 was a good amount to order! There is also a pouch where you see the velcro strip that I can put sale ads or store coupon policies.
This is the inside...it still pretty much amazes me that there are this many coupons out there! The new binder does not have a pen holder so I went to the Family Dollar and got me a $1 pen holder that I use for pens and scissors. The pockets on the inside are really nice and are perfect for inserting my coupons that I am going to use at the register. I also still have loose leaf paper in the back of my binder for writing down sales.
Caeden really enjoys the new coupon book! Can you tell?
We just don't ask him to carry it much. It weighs in at right around 10 pounds and for a little guy..it is a heavy load. Want one of these mega Coupon Keepers? You can find them at Office Depot. Want to win my beloved Coupon Keeper? Don't forget to enter the

Hello!! An estimated cost for my binder would be as follows:
ReplyDeleteBinder ~ $19.99 at Office Depot (this is a mega binder so if you like this style and don't think you will need one this big then you can find the zipper binders at Big Lots for $7.00)
Baseball Card Holders ~ $30.00 (I have 6 packages in my binder and they are $5.00 a package...I only buy one pack at a time. When those are filled up I purchase more)
Pen Holder ~ $1.00
Plastic Sheet Covers ~ $5.00
This binder has cost me around $56 and while that seems like a lot...it has taken me years to the point that I need one this big!! Hope that helps you with developing your own system :)
